Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Ticket Cancellation

  • Once a ticket is booked and payment is completed, cancellation is subject to the organizer's terms and conditions.
  • If the event organizer allows cancellation, you can request cancellation through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event (unless otherwise stated).

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only processed if:
    • The event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer.
    • Your cancellation request is approved by the organizer.
  • If eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Convenience fees, transaction charges, and taxes may be non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • No-shows or late arrivals.
    • Partially attended events.
    • Tickets marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Processing

  • All refund requests must be made through our customer support team via email or live chat.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the terms are not met.
